USAA and car insurance – WFT?

OK, I’ve spent more than 4 hours on the phone in the past three days, trying to get a quote for car insurance from USAA. Finally, after speaking with an eligibility specialist, I’ve confirmed once for all we can’t get it.
And then, I find out that we do have someone who served in the military… OK, let’s hit them phones again… Phones are going to be the end of me…
